TSL SCIENCE PROGRAM

Through the journey of life, we realise that we learn best through touching, feeling and seeing something with our own hands, our own eyes. No amount of detailed study of anatomy will beat the steep learning curve of the trainee surgeon when he makes his first cut on his patient; a soldier learns much more about the abilities of his weapons and his physical boundaries on the battlefield than in theoretical military training. It is with this deep belief in the power of the personal experience that The Science Lab Science Program was crafted.

Begin with the basics

At TSL, we create a fun and interactive learning experience for kids of all ages. We start from the ground up to teach a child how to build, design, and take an idea from simple to complex. Our most important goal is to provide a space for kids to learn about Science and technology in an informal way.

SEC 3-5

If your child is taking the GCE Science exams, then our science tuition program is for you. We are a team of experienced and dedicated tutors who have helped thousands of students pass their GCE Science exam and gain the qualification they need to proceed with further study or a career in Science. Our students have all benefited from our effective method of teaching – learning together, as well as one-on-one.

MATH IS A SCIENCE

Math is a science. It has procedures, logic, and laws like the other sciences. The mathematician Carl Friedrich Gauss said, “Mathematics is the queen of the sciences.” The central goals of mathematics are truth and understanding. Like science in general, activities can be grouped into categories: exploration, experimental investigation, observation and data collection, analysis of patterns and relationships, logical reasoning, formal systems and proof, application of mathematical results to other areas, further abstraction and interpretation, creation of new theories or systems.
